Direction Lock: A new alternative to lock screen security in Samsung Galaxy S6
Generally, there are four different methods to unlock the lock screen in the Samsung Galaxy S6. The methods are Pattern, Wipe, PIN, and Fingerprint Scanner. These are the most common methods that people make to secure their smartphone.
In addition to the above mentioned methods, there is basically another alternative to lock the screen security. The method is called “ Direction Lock”. Probably, only very few people who understand about this method.
Here, we will let you know how to activate Direction Lock in your phone.
- Please go to : Menu –> Settings –> Accessibility –> direction lock
- After that, there will be a small wizard opens that helps you to set up the direction lock in your smartphone
- Next, please enter the direction sequence.
- You can enter the Direction Lock by drawing a series of four to eight directions. It can be up, down, left and right.
After completing the wizard, now you have activated this new alternative to secure your phone, namely Direction Lock. Please have a try!
