  1. Make sure your phone’s battery is full charged.
  2. Tap the Settings app.
  3. Select Backup & Restore > Factory Data Reset.
  4. Select Reset Device > Erase Everything.
  5. Please confirm the warning and then wait for the process to finish.
  6. When it’s done, reboot your smartphone.

How to Hard Reset Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge using Recovery mode
