How to Backup and Restore Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+

  1. From the Home screen, please touch Apps > Settings > Backup and reset. Then touch Back up my data.
  2. If prompted, touch SIGN IN to log into your Samsung Account or CREATE ACCOUNT.
  3. Select the Content(s) you want to back up, and then touch the slider to turn Auto back up on. Touch OK.
  4. Touch BACK UP NOW to complete.

Restore Back up Data using a Samsung Account:

  1. Touch BACK UP NOW to complete.
  2. Now Select the content you want to restore and then touch RESTORE NOW to complete.

NOTE: Restoring the selected data will delete some data from your device. Make sure that your backed up data is up to date.
