Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ update to Android Nougat

After the Nougat inside on Samsung siblings Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, the other Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ also has been spotted running 7.0 Nougat on GFX Benchmark. Samsung has updated these Android new version of S6 and S6 Edge some couple weeks ago before updating the Galaxy S6 Edge+. This discovery leads Samsung to broadcast that the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge devices are also getting the update to Android Nougat 7.0. It is suggested that Samsung are testing the other larger Galaxy S6.

Android Nougat Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+

Samsung launched Galaxy S6 Edge+ some months after the two smaller devices back in August 2015. Compared to the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, the device is a little improved. The most noticeable difference is that the Galaxy S6 Edge+ is larger, 5.7 inch with QHD resolution AMOLED panel. Its display is the same as Samsung Exynos 7420 chipset, with 4 GB of RAM.

The internal storage is 32 GB with 16MP rear camera and a 5MP front facing camera for selfies and video talking. It is 3,000 mAh battery with support for quick charging technology and wireless. Samsung has provided the Galaxy S6 Edge+ a front-mounted fingerprint sensor equipped with a heart rate and SpO2 sensors, which are worth for Health application and service. Recently, Exynos 7420 is even a very capable System-on-Chip and the device has got lots of memory, so it is deserved of running Android 7.0 Nougat so well.
